Your data, protected
Each kennel owns its data
Information is stored on servers in Madrid (European Union). No kennel can see another kennel’s clients or bookings, and INUbook only processes them to provide the service, in line with the GDPR.

Frequently asked questions
What does it mean that INUbook is in beta?
That you can already use it with your kennel, but we are still finishing it: some features may change and your feedback will help us a lot. Request access, we will review it and set you up. During the beta it is free, and your kennel’s data always belongs to you.
Do I need to download the app from a store?
No. INUbook runs in the browser and can be added to your phone’s home screen, where it opens like any other app.
Which services can I manage?
Day care, boarding (overnight stays) and other services by appointment, plus pick-up and drop-off at home. You switch on only the ones you offer and set places and prices.
How do clients know their booking is confirmed?
They get a phone notification or an email, whichever they prefer. Emails are sent from your kennel’s own address, and you can also send them a ready-written WhatsApp message.
Can I keep track of payments?
Yes. Every booking has an amount, and you mark whether and how it was paid (cash, card, Bizum or bank transfer). INUbook does not charge your clients anything: the money goes straight to you.
Do my clients have to pay to use INUbook?
No. Using INUbook is free for dog owners.
Can I use INUbook if more than one person works at my kennel?
Yes. You can invite your team with a personal link for each person, and everyone chooses how they want to be notified.
Can a client belong to more than one kennel?
Yes. With a single account, a client can be linked to every kennel where they take their dog.
Which languages is it available in?
English, Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Portuguese and French. The app uses the device language and you can change it at any time.
How much does INUbook cost?
You can start on the Free plan, with no card and no time limit: it includes day care, 10 bookings a month, 1 user and 2 zones. Paid plans range from Basic (€29 a month + VAT) to Premium (€69 a month + VAT), with more bookings, team members and services. Paying yearly saves you up to 15%.
What data protection documents do you provide?
Everything a kennel needs: the data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR), the sub-processor list, the security measures and a privacy notice template for your clients, plus the privacy policy and legal notice. You’ll find them under Settings → Documents, filled in with your kennel’s details and downloadable as PDF.
